Shipping Costs

You receive free shipping on orders over €49 (applies to Germany and Austria).

Otherwise, for deliveries within Germany, you only pay a shipping fee of €4.95.

Shipping costs for deliveries to Austria, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium are €6.25.

For deliveries to other European countries, shipping costs are €9.95 (free shipping on orders over €79).

Delivery Time

Delivery time to Germany and Austria is 1-3 business days, and to other EU countries 4-6 business days from the time of your order in the online shop.

For prepayment, the delivery time begins when we receive your payment.

Delivery times may vary during periods of high order volume. You will always see the currently valid delivery time in the shopping cart and during the ordering process.
