Solar power from our own roof

Almost 600 solar modules supply our facility. On an average of 200 days a year, we don't need to purchase any electricity. Battery storage units keep solar power ready for later – including for our electric vehicles. If the sun isn't enough in winter, we purchase additional green electricity.

Heating without oil and gas

An air-source heat pump heats and cools our building. This is complemented by insulation, automatic shading, and LED lighting.

Well-packaged for you

Your order arrives in FSC-certified shipping boxes. When cushioning is needed, we use recycled paper. We avoid plastics wherever possible. We collect paper, cardboard, and any resulting plastics separately and compress them into space-saving bales for collection.

Suppliers and shipping

We prefer items from Germany and the EU and involve regional suppliers. We ship your packages with DHL GoGreen.

Small contributions on-site

We also make a small contribution to nature right here at our site: Two bee colonies have found a permanent home on our company grounds.
